Returns & Exchanges
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The items must be either: in original packing or be in “Brand New” condition. “Brand New” condition is defined as unworn, unwashed, fully tagged items. Any items that do not meet this criteria will not be credited a refund. Bette & Court does not pay the shipping costs on returns or exchanges.
You will receive your refund within four weeks of receipt of the returned items. You will receive your refund on the Credit/Debit Card you used to purchase your items.
How to Initiate a Return & Refund
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the “My Account” menu and click the “Return Item(s)” button. Please contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization number at email@example.com
Bette & Court will accept defective product that is returned within 30 days of receipt. A full refund or an exchange of product will take place at the customers choosing.
